Nowadays, the competition among various industries in the world is increasingly fierce. The trend of globalization is becoming more and more intense.Under such a business environment, there are more and more opportunities for the development of enterprises, but at the same time, they are faced with more new challenges. The increasingly fierce global competition and rising customer expectations have led companies to focus more on their own core competencies,in order to realize the reduction of various costs on the basis of continuously improving customer satisfaction. In such an environment, many companies have gradually realized that if they want to occupy more space in the market, they must improve their own competitive advantages, and effective supply chain management plays a decisive role in enhancing the company's competitive advantage.More and more enterprises find that the improvement of supply chain performance depends not only on the construction of supply chain, but also on the integration capabilities between organizations and the integration capabilities between upstream and downstream enterprises. The increasingly complex supply chain often leads to the lack of coordination among the members.Effective supply chain management requires highly integrated supply chain integration, and the profit growth of all members in the supply chain must also be achieved through appropriate relationship norms. And,due to differences in culture, language, management style, and economic, social, and legal systems,it is increasingly necessary to study relationship norms in the context of cross-border commercial relationships. Therefore,it is very important to explore the relationship of supply chain integration, relationship norm and supply chain performance in supply chain management.Based on the internal and external integration of the core company's supply chain, this study introduces the traditional relationship norms into the supply chain level, and reviews the domestic and foreign literature on Supply Chain Integration(including internal and external integration),relationship norms(including supply chain flexibility, social control and information exchange)and supply chain performance. Then it construct a hypothesis model of the relationship between three variable's of supply chain integration, relationship norms, and supply chain performance, and further analyze, and deeply analyzes the mediating effect of the three dimensions of relationship specification on the correlation between supply chain integration and supply chain performance.Taking 341 corporate data as a sample, the paper uses structural equation modeling to perform empirical analysis based on theoretical assumptions. The results show that:(1)the internal integration and external integration of the supply chain have a mutually reinforcing relationship, indicating that the two supply chain integration modes complement each other and develop together.(2)both internal and external integration can positively promote social control, information exchange and supply chain flexibility, which are three kinds of relationship norms. It shows that the comprehensive integration of internal and external partners is more conducive to the long-term and harmonious development of supply chain partnership, and the establishment of a flexible supply chain, and it can speed up the exchange of information on supply chain.(3)social control, information exchange, and supply chain flexibility can all promote the improvement of supply chain performance. That is,long-term supply chain cooperation, timely information exchange, and efficient responsiveness can all improve supply chain performance.(4)information exchange and supply chain flexibility have a complete mediating role between supply chain integration and supply chain performance, while social control has no significant mediating effect. Therefore, internal integration and external integration can promote supply chain performance by sharing information timely and improving supply chain flexibility.
