Financial Research Of TCL Group Based On Harvard Framework

With the continuous improvement of national living standard,people's demand for electronic products increases.Information technology enterprises have promoted the development of social economy.As one of the information technology enterprises,TCL group has made important contributions to China's economic development since its establishment.However,with the application of information technology more and more widely,the rapid development of information technology industry also faces enormous pressure of industry competition.TCL group's operating profit is greatly reduced,operating cost is increased,and financial problems are increasingly prominent.Therefore,to realize healthy and sustainable development of TCL group,financial problems must be solved in time.In addition,harvard analysis framework is aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional financial analysis system,and puts forward a new system of financial analysis,requirement analysis should not only learn how to use accounting data analysis,but also good at analysis,the use of accounting data is an important approach for the analysis of enterprise financial position,can accurately reflect the financial position of the enterprise in an all-round way.Therefore,based on the harvard analysis framework,the study on TCL's financial analysis is of great theoretical and applied value.This paper takes the information technology listed company TCL group as the research object and conducts financial analysis and research on it with the help of harvard analytical framework.First of all,in the dimension of strategic analysis,this paper introduces PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the industry environment and TCL group's own situation,and determines the profit motive and operation risk of the enterprise.In the dimension of accounting analysis,it focuses on identifying the accounting policies and accounting estimates related to strategy,and judges the quality of accounting information through the longitudinal comparison of relevant accounting elements over the years,so as to lay a foundation for financial analysis.From the perspective of financial analysis,this paper,based on the financial report data from 2013 to 2017,makes a judgment on the operating status of TCL group by combining trend analysis and ratio analysis.In the perspective analysis dimension,future development of TCL group is predicted based on the above three analyses.Finally,problems existing in the operation of TCL group are found through analysis,and corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
