Basing On WBS For The Improvement Of Supplier Quality Management System In L Company

The improvement of supplier quality management system and supplier quality management level that helps the company to be more competitive and be attractive to the customers.That will be much easier to help to achieve company's strategy goal.L company did meet lots of situation that LCP & CM complained each other about one LCP part.The main content of this thesis is how to improve the L company's existing supplier quality management system to fix the current issues causes by the previous supplier quality management system.The main contents are as follows:First of all,we investigate and analyze current supplier quality management system's status,investigate the issues that headaches L company,CMs and LCPs.To study and analyze these issues' root cause and use by using project management tools such as WBS tools,fish-bone graph & PCDA tools to find out the real problems.Then we design the improved supplier quality management system to meet our suppliers' actual situation by defining more accurate performance evaluation index for CM and LCP suppliers separately.Define much more suitable weights of each KPI in the new system,and add a new Factory Audit Program Manager in QMS department to lead for the new structured Factory Audit Procedure,and well monitor the suppliers' quality performance.Finally,per the implementation result of the new system in CMs & LCPs,the suppliers & L company's top management teams were satisfied with the implement pilot-run conclusion.Most memorable to all is that the RYG rule could reflect all quality incident or other important quality parameters which the management team concerns about.The thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,and really improve and help L company to solve the existing problems.
