Research On Supplier Quality Management Improvement Of A Company

The rapid development of the industry leads to the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises.At the same time,enterprises are constantly upgrading in manufacturing and increasing in procurement.In this context,firms and firms establish supply collaboration,thus forming the supply chain.The quality of suppliers is directly related to the enterprise’s production and management and enterprise reputation.Suppliers play an important role in the supply chain,so the quality management of suppliers is one of the keys.Therefore,improving the quality of suppliers,improving the value of products,promoting the product quality of enterprises,is conducive to the product quality management of enterprises.This paper first introduces the relevant theories of supplier management and quality management,and then studies and analyzes the development process,selection,evaluation,performance and other aspects of A company’s current supplier management.Through research and analysis,several problems in the current supplier management are summarized,including the uneven level of suppliers’ technology,the lack of stability of suppliers’ raw material supply,the imperfect establishment of suppliers’ own management system,etc.,and the reasons are analyzed.Then,A variety of management theories and tools are used to design the improvement scheme: including literature induction method,case study method to improve the supplier selection process of COMPANY A;Quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted to improve the effectiveness of supplier performance management.The introduction of TS16946 five tools of APQP method,from the early product quality management to solve the supplier product quality,prevent the final product problems.After the concrete scheme,the article also puts forward the concrete implementation steps and safeguard measures for the improvement scheme.Finally,it describes the preliminary effect analysis and summary in A company’s operation for A period of time.The improvement scheme proposed in this paper is of certain value to the improvement of A company’s supplier quality management through feedback.At the same time,hope to domestic similar enterprises in supplier quality management to provide a certain reference.
