The arrival of the post-industrial era and the knowledge economy makes the improvement of the enterprise’s competitiveness not only depend on the production performance of the enterprise. The implementation of its technological innovation behavior not only affects the formation of the core technology of the enterprise, but also affects the enterprise’s competitiveness in the uncertain environment.Human resources,as the main body for innovation activities, has a non-negligible impact on organizational innovation. However,in recent years, changes in the demographic structure have made the heterogeneity of human resources more important, and it is necessary to rationally manage them in order to enhance employees’ ability to innovate and increase the competitiveness of the organization in the long term.Based on the status quo of current competitive core competences and human resource structure, this study aims to address the long-term competitiveness of enterprises, and studies the impact of flexible management of human resources on corporate innovation performance under environmental turbulence.First of all, this research completes the definition of the variables and the improvement of the theoretical system of research by combing the existing research theories, and establishes research hypotheses based on theoretical research to form the research hypotheses tree.Secondly, this study conducts empirical tests on theoretical hypotheses, builds variable measurement scales on the basis of existing research, completes the collection of primary data for manufacturing companies, and empirically verifies the relationship between variables. Finally, this study analyzes and discusses the empirical results, based on this corrects theoretical hypotheses and proposes management suggestions, providing references for enterprises to change their long-term competitiveness development model through a flexible human resources management approach. |
