The Flexible Evaluation And Management Research On Chinese Construction Enterprises

In recent years,domestic and international investment in the construction market grow year after year,there are many new changes in the market.Due to the diversification of investors,and the changes in investors' demand,it calls for higher and higher requirement in design and construction integration,total contracted capacity,project operation and management capabilities and the ability to finance for contractors.How to adapt new changes and trends and to occupy the advantage position in the market competition? That's the problem the construction enterprises must face.This paper introduces the theory of management flexibility on the basis of in-depth study in the characteristics of construction industry and construction enterprise management,applies the AHP method,then establishes the construction business environment and flexibility analysis and evaluation system,makes an analysis of actual cases.The flexible analysis and evaluation system is a strong operational tool for construction enterprises to upgrade their management flexibility and to obtain competitive advantage,which has important guiding meaning.
