Research On The Coordinated Development Of Cross-border E-commerce And Port Logistics

Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,the continuous advancement of economic globalization,and the vigorous development of global e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce is currently in a stage of rapid development,and has become an important way for China to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade.With the continuous expansion of foreign trade,port logistics has also become a major component of logistics.Port logistics is the basic guarantee for realizing cross-border e-commerce.Cross-border e-commerce will affect the construction and development of port logistics to a certain extent.The development of the two is inseparable,mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing.Promoting the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and port logistics is a necessary condition for promoting the healthy and orderly growth of cross-border e-commerce scale.Based on the theory of system theory and the theory of synergy,this paper analyzes the connotation of the interaction between cross-border e-commerce and port logistics,and discusses the demand of cross-border e-commerce for port logistics and the promotion of port logistics to cross-border e-commerce.This paper believes that cross-border e-commerce and port logistics are the unity of interaction.Then establishes an orderly model of cross-border e-commerce subsystem and port logistics subsystem,form a cross-border e-commerce and port logistics composite system coordination degree measurement model,based on the empirical analysis of relevant data of Ningbo Port,the level of cross-border e-commerce and port logistics in Ningbo is relatively objectively evaluated.Next,the Cobb-Douglas production function model is established to explore the relationship between the synergy degree of composite systems and urban economic growth.Then it is concluded that with the increasing order of cross-border e-commerce and port logistics subsystems,the synergy degree of composite systems is also rising.At the same time,the improvement of the coordination degree of composite systems can affect the urban economic growth.Finally,according to the research results,it is concluded that the development direction of cross-border e-commerce has continuous improvement of industrial layout,obvious trend of science and technology,and acceleration of the process of ecosystem system.The development trend of port logistics is the integration of logistics functions and the acceleration of resource integration.Finally,in response to the development status of Ningbo,the countermeasures and suggestions for cross-border e-commerce and port logistics synergy development are further proposed.For example,government departments need to improve resource support,enterprises strengthen cross-border e-commerce ecosystem construction,and multi-party related entities promote the development of collaborative development platforms.
