| In view of the problems in the new product introduce phase of L company’s ear cushion product,according to the six sigma DMAIC model,comprehensive use of quality improvement tools and JMP software for analysis.Six sigma management as a D(definition)phase:through Plato’s analysis,define the current product development phase of the two main problems to be solved.M(measurement)phase:six sigma quantifies and measures the problem.GR&R repeatability and reproducibility analysis to identify unstable factors in personnel or measuring tools.A(analysis)stage:use PFMEA to carry out risk assessment,find out the key work station that significantly affects the process technology--hot pressing work station;Through the fishbone diagram analysis of people,machine,material,method,found that "method" is the reason that affects the hot pressing station,that is,the setting of mold temperature and the hardness of silicone sleeve are the fundamental reasons that affect the hot pressing effect.I(improvement)stage:through a large number of DOE experimental verification and the auxiliary analysis of JMP software,the mold temperature suitable for textile melting and the hardness and use times of silicone protective sleeve were proposed.C(control)phase:standardize the improvement measures in written form to provide reference for the next product.In this thesis,I use JMP software to do the data fitting and data analysis from the design DOEs to verification of the experimental data.The experimental process is reliable and comprehensive,which provides a solution for quality staff.All departments participated this improvement,which enhanced the quality awareness overall the company,and provided a strong guarantee for the mass production.For L company,ear cushion product went to MP smoothly after the Six Sigma improvement.The Six sigma improvement not only saving the cost for L company,but also provide an improvement system for other new project following. |
