According to the relevant statistics,in 2013 the cold-rolled silicon steel production capacity of enterprises was about 32 in China,and the total production capacity was about 10.49 million tons and the total consumption was about 6.86 million tons.From the actual production and silicon steel consumption,steel production capacity has been a significant excess.So in this market environment,especially for A company which has just entered the silicon steel products market more than 3 years,one way is reducing cost by optimizing process,reducing waste,and optimizing the allocation of resource,the other way is improving the quality of the product management,enhance product value and competitiveness,consolidate market position.This paper researched Six Sigma management method application in A company.Analyzing and solving the process of product manufacturing by combining six sigma theory and the production and management practices.Not only from the practical point of view,improve and stabilize the quality of products,reduce the cost of quality,improve customer satisfaction;and from the perspective of theoretical research,through the combination of Six Sigma management theory and quality management theory,demonstrate the essence of quality method of Six Sigma management theory of continuous improvement.This article first carries on the definition of the temperature of silicon steel,and analyze of silicon steel production process,and find and validate the key affecting factor.Secondly,make plans appointing to each impact factor.Finally,solid the improved method into control plan quality management document.This paper has not only solved the problem of restricting the coiling temperature ascending from the technology,but also from the point of view of management process improved the quality management process,from the perspective of incentive made key performance indicators and labor competition index,from the angle of phases to enhance the quality of training to the operation staff.Make the coiling temperature qualified rate of long-term stability maintained at a high level.
