| Knowledge has gradually become an important factor in enterprise innovation and development,and many scholars have recognized the importance of knowledge to enterprise innovation.There is not much literature on the impact of enterprise knowledge stocks on enterprise innovation,involving environmental factors.At the same time,the technological environment and market environment faced by enterprises are changing rapidly.Especially the rise of new energy power traffic era and artificial intelligence technology,all of them have challenged the accumulated knowledge and technology,existing products and markets in various industrial fields.Therefore,whether the environmental changes faced by enterprises will affect the relationship between enterprise knowledge stock and innovation,What role does environment play in the relationship between enterprise knowledge stock and innovation,are the problems that this research wants to focus on.This paper takes the enterprise knowledge stock as an independent variable,enterprise innovation performance as a dependent variable,enterprise innovation capability as a mediator variable between knowledge stock and innovation performance,environmental dynamics as the adjustment variable between enterprise knowledge stock and enterprise innovation,building the research model.Then,this paper uses questionnaires to collect data and uses AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 20.0 software to analyze the data,including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Furthermore,testing the relationships among external environmental changes,enterprise knowledge stock and enterprise innovation.The research result shows that the enterprise knowledge stock is positively promoting innovation performance,enterprise innovation capability acts as a part mediator between enterprise knowledge stock and innovation performance,technological environment dynamics and market environment dynamics have negative regulation on the relationship between enterprise knowledge stock and innovation.Therefore,in management practice,enterprises should recognize the importance of knowledge in enterprise innovation and development,and should pay attention to the knowledge management;In addition,when the external environment changes rapidly,the enterprise should continuously learn and acquire external new knowledge according to the external environmental status,so as to protect the effective knowledge stock of the enterprise and promote enterprise innovation. |
