Study On The Project Purchasing Management Of H Company

As the eyes of the automobiles,the lamps are one of the most crucial parts among all of the car components and parts,which integrate functions of lighting,information exchanging and appearance beautification,and have an important impact on the practicality,safety and appearance to the car.H Company is a joint venture manufacture mainly engaged in the production of automotive lightings.This paper focus on the characteristics of H Company’s project procurement management: short project development cycles,a wide variety of products to be purchased,unstable market sales and high cost pressures,based on the development history of automobile lightings,market trends,market competition,cost trends.,by combining with the current situation of the project procurement management development at home and abroad.Then analyses the problems of H Company in project procurement management and supplier management via the perspective of project management and project procurement management: the supply resources are insufficient to meet the project requirements,the purchasing cost is too high which affect the competitiveness of H Company,procurement management work methods are more inadequate then traditional information.This paper analyzes the process of H Company’s project procurement management deeply by using the theory of literature research,empirical analysis,and re-build the project procurement management process,finally proposes the safeguards for the implementation for H Company project procurement management system: Design and operate multiple supply networks with customer focus,comprehensive procurement management,establish an informationalized procurement platform,cultivate and attract supply management talents.The research in this paper has reference meanings for H Company to optimize project procurement management process,reduce the purchasing cost and enhance supply chain competitiveness.
