Over the past few years,driven by the drastic development of science and technology and increasing need for information technology,small and medium-sized enterprises have been faced with the new market environment and the increasingly fierce market competition.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate the market strategies suitable for the current development needs of enterprises.A Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Company A)is in such an environment and is constantly making attempts to work out the suitable market strategies for the company.Company A is a small and medium-sized smart technology enterprise with a short development history.It has been engaged in the R & D and production of products regarding subway shield and natural gas distributed energy.Owing to the good market environment,Company A has developed rapidly and constantly made innovations.It has occupied a certain market share in the field of smart technology in North China and obtained opportunities for development.In light of the development characteristics and trends of the smart technology industry,Company A should enhance its own strengths,expand its product category,broaden its market scope,strengthen its marketing,formulate perfect market strategies suitable for the current development of the company,so as to better adapt to the development needs of the industry and the company.The author focused on the marketing strategies of Company A and conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research in accordance with its current marketing situation.According to the basic process of "Theory-Phenomenon Analysis-Strategy Proposal",the author put forward the corresponding market strategies and clarified the future development direction and the prospect of the company.The research idea of this paper is as follows: On the basis of STP Marketing,PEST Analysis and other theories,the author summarized and analyzed the status quo of Company A,paving the foundation for the further analysis of its current marketing conditions,with a view to comprehensively improving the marketing performance of the company and enriching its marketing practice experience.Finally,from the perspective s of human resources,R & D investment,financial management,brand building and other aspects,the system of supporting measures for strategic implementation was systematically proposed to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.In the context of the rapid development of the Internet industry and strong support from national policies,A Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.should give full play to its advantages in R&D and capital,seize the opportunity,adopt the SO strategy,that is,implement the growtharound the industrial Internet business,increase the R&D and production of industrial Internet products,and actively develop Specialized roads in the fields of subway shields,natural gas,smart mines,and intelligent manufacturing.In terms of implementation,adjustments should be made in human resources,R&D investment,financial management,and brand building,but sufficient flexibility should be reserved to avoid passiveness,reduce or avoid risks,and provide guarantees for effective implementation and implementation of the strategy.
