With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of the consumption level of urban residents, people’s demand for health care quality is increasing, which has brought a huge market for the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the medical field. Second company is a high-tech enterprises, mainly engaged in the research and development of intelligent analysis platform for infrared medical health and sales, since the product has been put into the market in 2014 to get a good sales performance, but still faced in the product introduction period, how to quickly capture market share, the rapid development of the problem. Under this background, this paper studies the status quo of the sales of the second companies in the smart analysis platform, using the channel management theory,4P marketing strategy, SWOT analysis method, second companies operating in the internal and external environment analysis, the second companies in the infrared medical health testing platform for intelligent analysis of the advantages and opportunities, the existence of the risk and its own problems, and the use of more suited product characteristics of 4C marketing strategy, second companies in the country’s rapid expansion marketing strategy.In this paper, through the customer strategy, to enhance the customer loyalty of second companies, in order to rapidly expand the influence of second companies in the field of medical health detection intelligent analysis platform in the medical field to find a direct and effective marketing strategy. Through the analysis of the second company’s marketing strategies and follow-up measures, on the one hand, we hope to have a good guide to the marketing of the second companies, on the other hand also hope that in the same environment, companies can learn from similar problems. |
