With the sharp increase in city vehicles, city parking is difficult problem. The one hand, the parking supply and demand contradiction, on the other hand, the lack of scientific management caused the blind to find parking spaces to produce a lot of invalid traffic flow, easy to trigger urban traffic congestion, increased vehicle fuel consumption, exhaust emissions and noise. Therefore, construction of the parking guidance system has been many city government agencies on the agenda.First, the paper take Unis as the research object and described the overview of the development of content networking and the intelligent parking industry. Second, according to modern marketing theory, analyze the external environment of marketing and the industry’s major competitors, and then analyze the internal marketing situation, verify the advantages and disadvantages of ourselves. Again, use the STP theory to analyze marketing activities and identify the causes of business issues, in order to determine the target market and market positioning, that means develop the high level marketing of intelligent parking industry. Finally, make the marketing strategy that developed a smart parking target marketing based on the content networking by using the results of market analysis.As the result, Unis can transfer from traditional hardware vendors into value-added information service provider. Then choosing the customer which has the urgent demand and has strong purchasing power, such like government agencies and large and medium-sized commercial parking management company. The product strategy is to actively develop intelligent guidance based on the content networking upgrading products to serve the high-end consumers. We enable the incentive program that is put into the part of the advertising revenue in recent projects, so that end users can decrease the cost of hardware deployment.With the establishment of parking front-end data acquisition equipment gradually, worry-free parking platform will provide the public with a full range of parking information value-added services. Enterprises will also benefit from the advertising revenue, data mining and other value-added services to achieve a win-win situation with the end user, and can further alliance with the upstream and downstream of the firms to expand their market, and ultimately win the competition in market by the formation of industry standards.The paper’s research is according to the theory that "From the individual to the general" and use the philosophical principles which is general guide the individual. The paper combined with the method of combining theoretical and empirical analysis, utilize the STP marketing theory, combined with the actual situation of the Unis marketing strategy to strive to make the study Conclusion scientific, and provide some theoretical guidance and reference for our existing smart parking enterprise.
