Cost Control Problems And Improvement Measures Of The First Phase Of Underground Integrated Pipeline Corridor Project In The Eastern City Of Wuzhong City

In recent years,more and more urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor projects have been built.Because the construction party often pays less attention to cost control than other links in the project,this leads to the urban underground comprehensive pipe Corridor project with complex and changeable internal structure may not have a clear understanding of some influencing factors related to cost control,which ultimately makes the construction party unable to guarantee the whole project The objective cost is completely controlled.Based on outsourcing contractors,this paper carries out a rigorous analysis of the design,procurement and construction stages during the construction of the project.The purpose is to find out the key factors to control the cost and put forward targeted control measures,ultimately reducing the cost of the whole project and improving economic benefits.This paper will synthesize the cost control during the construction of the first phase of the underground comprehensive pipeline Gallery in the eastern part of Wuzhong City.Based on the cost composition of each phase during the construction of the project,considering the construction characteristics and cost consumption mode of the three phases of design,procurement and construction comprehensively,the outsourcing contractors in each phase during the construction of the project are determined to carry out cost control.Ten main influencing factors encountered in system work.Then,we use Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)to analyze and deal with the relationship among the factors identified before,and integrate the structural model of the influencing factors of cost control in the whole project,and calculate and analyze the key influencing factors:"design scheme","design linking up with each stage","supplier" and "quality cost".This paper chooses Wuzhong City East Underground Integrated Pipeline Corridor Phase I Project as a case study,starting from several key factors of project cost control,and combining with the actual cost control status of the project,with a view to improving the cost control of outsourcing contractors through improvement measures,so as to achieve the harmonious unity of the three aspects of project function,quality and benefit.
