Based on the rapid development of Chinese oil pipeline industry,the company W have to take control to achieve the goal of "reduce cost efficiency",which could maintain their economic profits.To control the cost effectively can improve pipeline construction enterprises and the society’s interests of as a whole.And also,the cost control is an effective measure to increase profits,it is widely used in pipeline construction enterprises.The financial personnel can through cost forecast,cost accounting and cost management to control the cost of enterprise.Not only reduce the business cost,but also improve the ability of pipeline construction enterprise’s financial management.W oil pipeline company is mainly engaged in large-scale pipeline engineering construction,participated in a number of major pipeline construction projects within China and abroad,the current domestic pipeline engineering line has almost complete.Currently,several planned big energy channels are influenced by the overall economic situation,investment slowdown,and the large domestic pipeline construction market becomes saturated.Within this market environment,the impairment of efficiency for W company maintain economic profits is very necessary.In this paper,I will put the WBS and EVM into the W company cost control,which means the project construction cost,schedule and performance,to control the cost will be seen as whole.The first chapter basis of this study is depend on the relevant literature,shows the research background and significance,and summarized the research status of cost control;The second chapter elaborated the relevant literature study;The third chapter analysis of the traditional cost accounting and management accounting way of W company is based on single items of projects.To contract or single items of projects as the object of people,material,machinery and other resources for cost management and cost accounting,not according to the process in detail decomposition,decomposition of cost plan and actual costs with the contract bid price quotations and the account of the practical production management,greatly reduce the relevance of cost accounting,also makes the process of engineering project cost control lack of means.Chapter IV is based on the previous analysis,applying the WBS and EVM within the cost control of W pipeline company,W company EVM was applied in the cost control the necessity,the ideas and principles are analyzed,and design the control structure of EVM entry,established the basic indicators and applications;The fifth chapter is based on the fourth chapter,applying EVM to project A,analyzing the cause and deviation of cost control deviation in the project.The effect of EVM on cost control was adopted by grey prediction;The final chapter VI is the conclusion of this paper.
