A Study On The Development Of New Agricultural Business Entities In Henan Province

"Cultivating new agricultural management subjects" is a crucial component of constructing a New Agricultural Management System and promoting agricultural modernization in China.No.1 Document of the Central Committee repeated we should actively cultivate new business entities and promote their coordinated development since 2012.Since then the main body of new agricultural management has gradually become an important force to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode and realize agricultural modernization in China.As the large province of agriculture,the main body in Henan province,which are also constantly developing in the promotion of agricultural reform pilot projects.Accordingly,my paper introduces the overall development status of the main body of new agricultural management in Henan Province firstly.Then we conduct field research on the selected samples(including 205 new agricultural operators in 10 prefecture-level cities such as Luoyang,Xinxiang and so on),and analyze the development status of the sample area by collecting statistical data.It is found that there are many problems in the sample areas,such as the difficulty of land joint circulation,high cost,high risk,difficult financing of funds and so on.According to this in-depth investigation,the main factors restricting the development of the main body of new agricultural management are as follows: operator's characteristics,natural and market factors and government's influence.Based on the results of statistical analysis and the practical experience of the three successful subjects in the province,the following suggestions are put forward.Finally,this paper puts forward some more pertinent suggestions through summing up the problems and restricting factors,and combining with the experience of three successful cases.For instance,strengthen the Government's assistance,enhance the management level of large scale by multi-agent cooperation,broaden the sales channels by multi-agent association to improve the benefits of scale and improve financial services by financial institutions.Through these advices,it is expected to provide enlightenment to Henan Province and speeding up the development of the main body of new agricultural management in China,thus makes contribution to promote the modernization of agriculture.
