As we know,real estate projects are characterized by comprehensiveness,system complexity,mandatory delivery of project results,outstanding quality,etc.However,the current maturity model of real estate project management is difficult to evaluate the real estate project management.In particular,some real estate maturity model,it is difficult to directly applied in our country's real estate company,therefore,based on the background of the topic the author in view of our country real estate project management maturity evaluation model has carried out in-depth analysis and exploration,combined with the characteristics of the current our country real estate projects and economic status,at the current our country real estate project management theory as the guide,based on the analysis of our country and foreign country about project management maturity model,on the basis of introducing the idea of combining theoretical and empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and combination analysis means the establishment of a real estate project management maturity model,Then the maturity of real estate project is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This topic mainly studies the establishment of real estate project management maturity model.The research method specifically introduced is the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.This is mainly because the influencing factors of real estate project management maturity model are numerous and very complex.It is difficult to obtain an accurate maturity model with a single method.In this paper,relevant evaluation indexes are obtained through qualitative research,and then specific influencing factors are obtained through quantitative research,that is,by statistical questionnaire survey,which greatly improves the accuracy of the maturity model of real estate project management.At the same time,theoretical research can lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the real estate maturity model,and empirical research can obtain more accurate research results from the perspective of numerical value.The combination of the two research methods can make the research results of the whole paper more real and effective.The main independent analysis work and conclusions of this paper are as follows: a systematic and scientific construction of real estate project management maturity index system;The project maturity evaluation model of real estate company based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.The index system and weight in the model are calculated.This paper carries out an empirical analysis of the project management maturity evaluation model of real estate companies established in this paper.With the help of the evaluation of the real estate management maturity of a real estate project in zhongshan,and some practical applications,the scientific and reasonable property maturity model established by the author in this subject is verified,which is of great practical significance to popularize the research results in practical work in the future.
