The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time.In view of the development of rural e-commerce,this requires government departments at all levels to coordinate and do a good job in the resource guarantee of rural e-commerce development,equip and improve rural infrastructure,popularize the Internet among farmers and build a comprehensive coverage of modern logistics system,and guarantee farmers' modern agricultural publicity and education.?Secondly,government departments at all levels should take the development of rural e-commerce as an opportunity to build a special poverty alleviation platform for rural e-commerce and optimize the layout of agricultural industrialization.Rural resources through e-commerce platform,not only can expand the e-commerce market,so that farmers can buy more abundant products,but also can expand the field of agricultural products sales,achieve a broader urban-rural interaction,so that the broad masses of people become beneficiaries of rural e-commerce platform.Building rural e-commerce platform can better attract investors to invest in production and operation activities in various regions,and make more migrant workers return home and invest in rural construction.In the urban e-commerce market occupied by Ali,Jingdong and other e-commerce giants,the market has become saturated,and the huge demand potential and broad development space of the vast rural e-commerce market have gradually emerged.With the introduction of a series of government policies and the gradual improvement of the rural market environment,rural e-commerce ushered in important development opportunities.This paper uses the method of documentation and case analysis to analyze the development status of rural e-commerce in Luoyang City.Through the analysis of this paper,the development status of rural e-commerce in Luoyang City is as follows:rural e-commerce is in the primary stage of development,with great potential for development;the leading industrialized enterprises are relatively leading in e-commerce and start early;and the demonstration cooperatives of farmers' professional cooperatives have taken shape in e-commerce.The problems in the development of E-commerce in Luoyang City are:low income of farmers,lack of e-commerce consumption concept;backward network infrastructure construction,high information cost;inadequate logistics facilities,imperfect rural logistics system;lack of practical e-commerce websites,lagging platform construction;lack of e-commerce talents,farmers' information quality is not high.Based on this,the specific solutions proposed in this paper include:increasing farmers' income,publicizing the concept of e-commerce consumption;strengthening the construction of network infrastructure,reducing information costs;speeding up the construction of logistics facilities,improving rural logistics system;establishing professional and practical e-commerce websites,improving platform construction;training e-commerce talents and improving farmers'information technology capabilities.It is hoped that through this study,we can make contributions to the research in related fields. |
