The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major strategic action of the party to solve the "three rural" problems and activate the new vitality of agricultural and rural development in the new era.It is an important layout based on the profound understanding of the current situation of agricultural and rural development and the new laws of urban-rural relations.Since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural and rural development has made world-wide achievements.However,with the agricultural development entering a new era and the new changes in the relationship between urban and rural areas,problems such as the low quality of agricultural industry development,the weakening of rural governance ability,the destruction of rural ecological environment,and the decline of rural culture have emerged,which has become a real problem in the current "three rural" work It's time to put forward the revitalization strategy.As a major agricultural province,how to realize the leapfrog development of Sichuan agriculture under the historical opportunity of Rural Revitalization Strategy is worth pondering.With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce has become the basic means of business transactions and an important driver of industry transformation and upgrading.As a branch of e-commerce application in the field of agricultural products,e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Sichuan agriculture and the revitalization of rural areas under the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Based on the in-depth analysis of the development of e-commerce of agricultural products with Sichuan characteristics under the strategy of rural revitalization,starting from the logical relationship between the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the development of e-commerce of agricultural products with Sichuan characteristics,this study holds that in order to promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization with high quality,Sichuan needs the assistance of e-commerce of agricultural products in the revitalization of industry,organization,culture,ecology and talents,and at the same time,it has its own characteristics E-commerce of agricultural products needs the strategy of Rural Revitalization to promote development.Finally,it shows that it is suitable and feasible to develop e-commerce of agricultural products with Sichuan characteristics under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.By combing the historical stages and achievements of e-commerce development of Sichuan featured agricultural products and using SWOT-PEST analysis method this paper analyzes thedevelopment of e-commerce of Sichuan featured agricultural products,and finally obtains the main problems and analyzes the causes of the problems;by taking e-commerce of "poverty alleviation in Sichuan" featured agricultural products as an example and using "AHP" analysis,it is found that the weight of Industrial Development(0.486)is the largest,followed by policy system(0.144)and brand building(0.144),technology and standard(0.144),and finally quality assurance(0.046),service and information(0.034).It is pointed out that the main factor affecting the development of e-commerce of poverty alleviation featured agricultural products in Sichuan at this stage is industrial development,so we should vigorously develop featured agricultural industry;At the same time,the analysis of its sub factors shows that there are some deficiencies in policy system support and supporting,industrial layout and characteristics,quality supervision,technology and transportation infrastructure construction,talent cultivation,information description of characteristic products and other aspects,which need further development.Finally,it shows that the development of characteristic industries in e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products is the current focus,policy support,brand building,technology Technical support,quality assurance,service and information are the guarantee.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,combined with the requirements of the strategic development of Rural Revitalization and the actual situation of Sichuan Province,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:(1)focus on "scientific supporting,improving the mechanism and enhancing the awareness" to build a solid foundation for the development of e-commerce of featured agricultural products;(2)focus on "highlighting the characteristics,reasonable layout and improving the organization" to enhance the featured agricultural products Product e-commerce industry characteristics;(3)focus on "protect ecology,build brand and expand products",highlight the product green of e-commerce of featured agricultural products;(4)focus on "technical support,talent cultivation and efficiency promotion",and consolidate the benefit background of e-commerce of featured agricultural products.
