| After years of unremitting efforts,China’s poverty alleviation and development work has made remarkable achievements.However,in the process of poverty alleviation,such problems as inadequate excavation of land resources in poor villages are more prominent,and the road to poverty alleviation is still difficult.At present,under the background of national precise poverty alleviation strategy,it is very important to explore how to guide the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation strategy through various local resources,especially land resources.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research situation of industrial poverty alleviation planning at home and abroad,and elaborates the related concepts and basic theories of industrial poverty alleviation.Secondly,by analyzing the correlation between land use and poverty alleviation planning of village industry,the importance and necessity of poverty alleviation planning of village industry for land use and village development are pointed out.Thirdly,it focuses on the industrial poverty alleviation planning of Jiuhua Village in Wangjiang County.It mainly combs the current situation of land use,the development status of leading industries and characteristic industries,development measures and constraints,carries out industrial selection,determines leading industries and characteristic industries,and analyses how Jiuhua Village develops poverty alleviation industry in combination with two key projects of agricultural industrialization and rural tourism.Pattern.On this basis,a comprehensive analysis of Jiuhua Village’s industrial poverty alleviation planning is carried out,and some suggestions are put forward to provide relevant experience for other poor areas to carry out industrial poverty alleviation planning.Finally,by establishing and improving the policy guarantee for the implementation of poverty alleviation planning for village-level industries,we can provide the guarantee ideas of land policy,industrial policy and support policy for the implementation of poverty alleviation planning for village-level industries. |
