Research On The Development Path Of Village-Level Collective Economic Of Poverty-stricken Villages From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The rural collective economy is the material basis for the rural development in China,is the important guarantee to realize agricultural modernization.Strengthening collective economic development of poverty-stricken village plays a vital role in building the infrastructure construction of poverty-stricken village and improving the democratization for governing social affairs and enriching cultural life and improving conditions of production and living.Current our country' s poverty alleviation is in a crucial stage,how to make the poverty-stricken village become rich,we need the support of external "blood transfusion" and also the internal "hematopoietic function",to make the rural collective economy stronger and bigger.In the following two files:<<advices about building the poverty exit mechanism>issued by the central committee of the communist party of China&<the notice about further clearing the standard and ascertaining process of picking cap of targeted poverty alleviation>issued by the people's government of the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region,the collective economy income is set as one of 12 important assessment indicators.Therefore,how to develop and strengthen the village collective economy has become one of the important tasks for poverty-stricken villages to tackle poverty,and it is also a subject that party committees and governments at all levels must focus on.This paper closely around how to develop the core of village-level collective economy in poverty stricken village,from the perspective of public management,use way of empirical analysis and other research methods.This full-text consists of six chapters,analysis and ponders the development present situation,the existing development problems and reasons and the future effective development path of village-level collective economy of poverty stricken village in pubei county,Guangxi.The first chapter is introduction.The second chapter is the relevant theoretical basis.It mainly introduces the relevant theoretical tools and the key concept.The third chapter,in the case of pubei county,Guangxi,summarized the development present situation and the current development path of village-level collective economy of poverty stricken village in pubei county,Guangxi.The fourth chapter,the paper analyzes the existing development problems and reasons of village-level collective economy of poverty stricken village in pubei county,Guangxi.In the fifth chapter,adhere to the issue-oriented,for the question which pointed out in the fourth chapter,propose to active village-level collective economy through such ways as the collective property management,the multi-dimensional participation,the characteristic industry development.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Finally,I sincerely hope that this paper can provide a useful reference for other places in China to develop the collective economy of poverty-stricken villages.
