Study On The Effect Of The Precision Poverty Alleviation Project In Geyi Village,Taijiang County

The precise poverty alleviation policy was implemented in the form of projects.Some poverty alleviation projects have achieved remarkable results,but some poverty alleviation projects have no significant effect.This paper studies the effect of different types of projects from the perspective of farmers.According to the theory of labor economics,the precise poverty alleviation projects are divided into three types: shared poverty alleviation projects,efficiency poverty alleviation projects,and supportive poverty alleviation projects.The three indicators of project coverage,targeting accuracy,and farmers’ benefit are used to improve the effectiveness of different poverty alleviation projects.Assess and clarify the use of case descriptions for each type of project.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the effect of the shared poverty alleviation project is remarkable,90.15%of the farmers are covered by the project;90.15% of the farmers are accurately targeted by the project,and 72.92% of the farmers think The implementation process of the project is accurate;83.25% of the farmers believe that the project can achieve the effect of poverty alleviation,and 95.07% of the farmers can benefit from the project.Second,the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation project is not significant,34.98% of the farmers have been covered by the project;41.59% of the farmers are accurately targeted by the project,41.38% of the farmers believe that the implementation process of the project is accurate;6.40% Farmers believe that the project can achieve the effect of poverty alleviation,and 16.68% of farmers can benefit from the project.Third,the effectiveness of the supportive poverty alleviation project is general,54.19% of the farmers have been covered by the project;71.68% ofthe farmers are accurately targeted by the project,43.33% of the farmers believe that the implementation process of the project is accurate;61.08% of the farmers It is believed that the project can achieve the effect of poverty reduction,and 15.04% of farmers can benefit from the project.From the above conclusions,the effect of the shared poverty alleviation project is greater than that of the supportive poverty alleviation project,and the effectiveness of the supportive poverty alleviation project is greater than that of the efficiency poverty alleviation project.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper uses the case analysis method to analyze the effects of poverty alleviation projects from three aspects: project nature,project implementation norm and project beneficiaries.Finally,this paper studies the following problems in different poverty alleviation projects: First,the effect of shared poverty alleviation projects is significant,but the accuracy of targeting needs to be improved;Second,the efficiency of poverty alleviation projects is not significant,and the project coverage of this type of project is low,aiming accuracy Low,poor households benefit;Third,the effectiveness of the supportive poverty alleviation project is generally low,the project coverage of this type of project is low,the aiming accuracy is low,and the farmers’ benefit is poor.Then,according to the problems existing in the above projects,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of different poverty alleviation projects are proposed.
