The development of enterprises is faced with various opportunities and challenges in different periods.The theory of strategic management of enterprises' development was born to provide direction guidance for the development of enterprises and plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Financial strategy,the functional strategic branch of strategic management theory,is also its main focus.With the development of e-commerce,the postal industry has been endowed with new vitality and gradually developed.However,in recent years,the growth rate of e-commerce has been slowing down,and the growth rate of express business has also slowed down.With the gradual decline of single ticket revenue,the growth of enterprise income has also shown a slowing trend.In order to better adapt to the present stage of development,major express companies have begun to transform to integrated logistics enterprises.This paper chooses SF Holdings which has developed better in private express delivery,as the research object,to analyze the financial strategy after the strategic transformation,find out the problems existing in the company's investment and financing strategy at the present stage,and put forward solutions for them.Firstly,starting from the concept of enterprise strategy,this paper clarifies the relationship between enterprise strategy and financial strategy,thus leads to the concept of financial strategy,and introduces the related concepts of financial strategy and financial strategy matrix.Secondly,it introduces the development background of express logistics industry and the status quo of financial strategy of SF Holdings.As an important part of China's service industry,the country and consumers are also putting forward new requirements for the express industry.Based on the development background of the industry and the internal and external environment of the enterprise,this paper analyses the current situation of the financial strategy implemented by the enterprise at this stage.Subsequently,based on the company's financial data and with the help of the financial strategy matrix,the development trend of the company's financial strategy from 2013 to 2018 is analyzed,and the current situation of the company's financial strategy from the surplus of value-added cash to the shortage of value-added cash is obtained.By discussing the six-year data in stages,this paper studies the influencing factors of each coordinate axis,finds out the problems existing in the current financial strategy,such as radical investment,low investment efficiency,insufficient solvency and large fund gap,and makes an analysis of the reasons.Finally,in order to solve the above problems,the current financial strategy has been optimized.Firstly,it explains the principles and objectives of the financial strategy optimization of SF Holdings,which provides a theoretical basis for the strategic optimization.Subsequently,according to the problems of financial strategy,from the aspects of investment and financing,this paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as increasing equity capital,improving investment efficiency,maintaining appropriate expansion scale,and some safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of financial strategy.Through the research on the financial strategy of SF Holdings has a reference and guiding significance for other express delivery enterprises to transform and upgrade.
