China's economy has maintained a high growth rate in recent decades.Great achievements have been made in all walks of life.The development of construction machinery industry has contributed a great deal to China's infrastructure construction.Especially in recent years,the country has emphasized green GDP,and the concept of environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,which has injected a strong agent into the development of concrete block brick machine.New wall materials have been vigorously advocated by the state in recent years,which has created a huge market for new environmental protection materials.This also gives the professional equipment manufacturer of new wall material production and manufacturing opportunities for development.In order to promote Guangxi ST Company to obtain a broader market share and growth space,Guangxi ST Company should conduct a comprehensive analysis of the external macro-competitive environment and industrial competitive environment in which the company is located,and at the same time collate its own capabilities and resources in order to design the future development strategy of the enterprise in the light of the future market competition and development trend.Insurance companies can gain a leading position in the competition.Based on the research theory of domestic and foreign strategic scholars and the latest research progress at home and abroad,this paper makes a theoretical support,and makes a detailed analysis of the external macro-environment,industrial competition environment and internal resources and capabilities of Guangxi ST Company by using PEST,Porter's Five Forces Mod'el and value chain analysis theory.At the same time,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the external macro-environment,industrial competition environment and internal resources and capabilities of Guangxi ST Company.Four possible basic strategies are preliminarily analyzed.Finally,it is pointed out that Guangxi ST Company should implement the expansion strategy,that is,take the Greater Southwest Region as its base,gradually infiltrate into other parts of the country,and consider setting up subsidiaries in Vietnam to occupy the sales Xiaokaolin of ASEAN.At the same time,according to the goal and mission and orientation of the company's development strategy,it is proposed that the company should adhere to the marketing strategy:strengthen product research and analysis,strengthen product brand building,strengthen marketing services and after-sales services,enhance product price competitive advantage;and carry out product strategy and research and development strategy.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,the author puts forward that the company should adjust the current organizational structure,strengthen human resources protection,enterprise information construction and enterprise culture construction to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Because of their limited academic level,there are still some deficiencies in the depth and accuracy of research.It is expected that future researchers can continue to carry out more in-depth research on the basis of this topic.
