The Finacial Development And Desine Of Presses Machine For Wall Brick Company

The research object of this thesis is a wall brick presses Machine Company headquartered in Fujian province China, founded in 1988, there are about 100 advanced technical personnel in our group. Up to now we have already exploited more than 100 kinds of products, 2 of which pass the national-wide expertise and 5 of which are placed as national new products. For these years the company has won many reputations including 3 Second-class Awards, over 10 Third-class Awards and 7 monopolies. The company took the leading position of passing ISO9001: 2000 in press industry, and was chosen as one of the top 20 manufacturers in Chinese building material equipments.We found the problems in management after research, such as problems in control and the difficulty in development. According to the reestablishing of the costing system, sales system and financial system, we try to get the real data about the company and make the company to get more develop with capital market.We study the problems about the costing system under BOM; transfer financial lease and capital structure. Maybe this research can be use in the same company.
