Research On Business Model Of A Funqi Intelligent Garage

With the rapid development of China's economy,the old communities are increasingly failing to keep up with the pace of development.The renovation of old communities has become a hot topic nowadays.As an important part of it,garage reconstruction has been supported by many relevant government documents.There are many problems in traditional self-built garages,such as insufficient public space,backward facilities,high safety risks,etc.How to innovate the design and management of self-built garages,gain profits and realize their commercial value is urgently needed by the industry nowadays.In China,A Funqi first led its own garage into the era of"Internet+",and its rapid development is inseparable from the business model of the enterprise.Based on Wei&Zhu Business Model Theory,the author innovatively interpreted the intelligent garage from the perspective of business model,analyzing and summarizing the commercial characteristics of A Funqi.Confirming the theory in practice,and providing reference experience for the development of other enterprises committed to community service.Taking A Funqi intelligent garage project as the research object,based on Wei&Zhu Business Model Theory,Analyze the business model of the intelligent garage from the macro background of old community transformation,the present situation of old garage in communities,the internal conditions of A Funqi,and from the orientation,operation mechanism,enterprise value,etc.According to the research of this paper,the community business model is interpreted with examples,improving the quality of life of community residents,and summarizing the experience of the A Funqi project,and realizing the social value and commercial value together.
