As a MBA students with more than ten years of working experience,the author established an independent AYQ Technology Co.Ltd.,specialized in logistics automation system design and development,production and delivery of the operation of the whole industry chain,to further promote the development of the company,the author use the business model canvas as a theoretical tool,analyzed comprehensively the company's business model.This paper deeply analyzed the macro environment,the industry development trends,competitive situation,and used the business model canvas to describe and reviews the business model for AYQ technology limited company.After carding the business model,the author also adjusted the actual operation of the company to improve the competitive power.5 years NPV of this project is 287 thousand with the internal rate of return of 28%.Although the intelligent logistics system has good market prospects,but because An Yi Qi company is still in the initial stage,which need to invest more money and resources in marketing?At the same time,lacks of scale effect,its suppliers would negotiate more vulnerable,which caused higher cost of materials.Therefore,the overall NPV is not high.But it still has certain investment value.Based on the real case,this paper used business model canvas to analyze the business model and the detailed analysis of the' financial analysis and risk,which providing a good reference for the other similar companies.
