The Study On The Ways Of Tacit Knowledge-Sharing Within Enterprises

In the modern world,more and more knowledge is becoming the important resource in the enterprise,and more and more enterprises look upon the knowledge,tacit knowledge is the key factor inenterprise's competitiveness. With the development of globalization,the competition in the word is getting more severe,forms must take tacit knowledged vital to provide,spread and develop knowledge.However,intra-firm tacit knowledge transfer,factors that affectknowledge transfer and the effects of knowledge share has not been well recognized in academic.Based in a tacit knowledged relevant theories, first of all, looking the personalthings such as people age, people gender, study level, work years of service in the forms , then the paper analyzed the impact of people single factors to the enterprise tacit knowledge-sharing.this paper add the current forms usually used ways of knowledge-sharing, which are: form culture, work senses, and colleagues agree, as well as workers situation. After studying the single factors which belongs to the person are asking such as age, gender, education, post, years of service in the company, the paper study the effect of these single factors. On this basis, the staying channels of questionnaire design and survey of existing channels of tacit knowledge sharing effect on the effectiveness of statistical analysis of these four channels of sharing tacit knowledge of the effects of correlation coefficient. Finally, based on the existing channels of tacit knowledge-sharing, new channels to enjoy tacit knowledge is studied in order to expand the channels of tacit knowledge-sharing within the form, to advance knowledge-sharing impact.
