With the arrival and development of knowledge economy, according to modern enterprise resource theory, the stock and quality of knowledge as well as the ability of grasping the required knowledge of the enterprise has been deemed as the root for enterprise to have competitive advantage, the overwhelming majority of the knowledge exists in the form of tacit knowledge, which means existing in the mind of staff. Therefore, only through sharing can the knowledge become the knowledge and asset of enterprise, thus continuously making contribution to the enterprise’s development.The conception of knowledge management has been put forward as early as 1960s, which was practically applied and studied in middle and late 1980s and entered into China in 1990s. With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of the management philosophy and level of domestic enterprises, knowledge management also gain the concern and attention of many large and medium-sized enterprises, most of which have certain management level, compared with small enterprises, they have higher maturity of human resource and information system, meanwhile, they enjoy more advantages in the capital and human input of knowledge management than small enterprises. How to combine the characteristics of enterprises and improve the service level within the enterprises through implementing knowledge management will be a significant topic, however, there are few studies and cases within the industry which can supply instruction for container shipping enterprise to specifically implement the project of knowledge management.Based on the above cognition and aimed at the current situation of the tacit knowledge sharing of enterprises at home and abroad, on the basis of relevant theories of tacit knowledge sharing, this paper first summarizes the implication and meaning of the tacit knowledge sharing frequently used by current enterprises, conducts questionnaire design and questionnaire survey aimed at the current situation of tacit knowledge sharing in J company, conducts statistical analysis to all kinds of factors of tacit knowledge sharing and summarizes several factors which exert largest influence on the tacit knowledge sharing of J company at present, then puts forward resolution. At last, on the basis of now available paths, probes into new paths of tacit knowledge sharing, thus enlarging the way of sharing tacit knowledge sharing within enterprises, improving the speed of tacit knowledge sharing and promoting the effect of tacit knowledge sharing.
