As the core content of modern enterprise system construction,human resource incentives are self-evident.The machinery industry is a basic and strategic industry that provides technical equipment for the development of the national economy.The machinery industry enterprise is the carrier of high-tech industrialization,and it is also an important guarantee for industrial upgrading and technological progress.At present,domestic and foreign machinery companies face increasingly serious domestic and international challenges.Whether mechanical enterprises can stand out from the crowd depends largely on the advanced nature of their technology.As an important force of the"three talents"team(professional technical talents,management talents and skilled talents),professional and technical talents are especially important for the improvement and development of enterprise technology.Therefore,scientific,reasonable and effective incentives for professional and technical personnel are of great significance to the development of core technologies and the development of the entire machinery industry.As a leading enterprise in Guangxi machinery industry,LG Group has continuously increased the demand for professional and technical personnel and the cost of professional and technical personnel in the past few years with the continuous changes in the domestic and international situation and the in-depth development of enterprises.The expectations of professional and technical personnel for enterprises have been further increased,and the requirements for compensation,welfare,promotion,housing,and living have increased.Therefore,how to better motivate talents,retain talents,motivate talents,and achieve the win-win goal of enterprises and employees has become an urgent problem for LG Group,and it is also the focus of this paper.Based on the systematic analysis of the status quo and existing problems of LG Group's talent incentives,this paper analyzes the reasons for talent incentives in detail,and proposes suggestions for the improvement of LG Group's professional and technical talents.The thesis is divided into five parts:one is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background,significance,research foundation,research methods,research innovation points and technology roadmap of this paper.The second part is an overview of related concepts and related theories.It mainly includes the content and role of incentives,the connotation and type of incentives,the meaning of employee incentives,and an overview of relevant theories.The third part is the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of LG Group's professional and technical talents,and analyzes in detail the background of LG Group and the status quo,problems and causes of talent incentives.The fourth part is the LG Group's professional and technical personnel incentive improvement suggestions.The ideas,principles,mechanism of action and the"five in one"design plan and incentive guarantee measures are proposed.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.
