The construction industry is an important part of the capital is to promote the progress of the city,the backbone of the national economy and promote social development.The construction industry as a pillar industry of China's national economy,national economic development plays an important role.Compared to other industries,the construction industry with a qualified professional and technical personnel,high strain and creativity requirements and poor working conditions,pressure and other characteristics,therefore,it has a certain particularity incentives in professional and technical personnel,and professional and technical personnel of Construction Enterprises incentive has important significance.Papers selected Beijing SZ construction business,professional and technical personnel of the enterprise incentive issues to explore.This paper reviews the status of incentive Beijing SZ construction business professional and technical personnel.Further study found that Beijing SZ construction business professional and technical personnel incentives there are some major problems,including low salary,training support is not enough,the spirit of insufficient incentives,incentives lack of humanity,ignore negative incentive incentives for personnel and other issues,and then from the concept of strategic human resource management,human resources out of the system,particularity aspects of professional and technical personnel management practices,performance evaluation mechanism,the construction industry analyzes the reasons.According to the current situation,problems and reasons in order,from the spiritual encouragement and material incentives are two aspects of Beijing SZ construction business professional and technical personnel motivational strategies to optimize the design,inspired by the spirit in which the optimization include cultural and emotional incentive optimization,optimization training incentives,career development incentive optimization,optimization work incentives,material incentives including salary incentives to optimize optimization,optimization welfare incentives,financial penalties and constrained optimization and team salary incentive optimization;in addition,by optimizing the design of the implementation of the program,found that the program has greatly improved effects,professional and technical personnel incentive satisfaction is high.Finally,concluded that:(1)reasonable salary system has a fundamental role;(2)the need to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system;(3)must adhere to humane,highlighting the spiritual encouragement and material incentives unity;(4)combining a variety of incentives in order to achieve optimal incentive effect.In this paper,through the use of contemporary motivation theory,combined with the author practical experience of professional and technical personnel incentive issues research,not only for the study of incentives theory provides a reference,and to improve the business and the industry professional and technical personnel incentives provided practical guidance.
