At present our country market economy system of the overall environment is constantly changing,the standard of the core competence will not only points to the core technology,management mode and market strategy,more is to people-oriented,with the development of talent to drive the new mode,excellent talent is often companies scramble for the valuable resources.In the era of declining employee loyalty,seemingly rock-solid enterprises are also in danger of falling apart.As a typical labor-intensive enterprise,FMCG relies on a large number of labor in every link of its daily operation and management,which results in relatively low loyalty and high turnover rate of employees in this industry.It is of vital significance to deeply analyze the deep reasons of employee retention and dimission.In this paper,Q beer company in Liaoning province is taken as the research object.Based on the previous research results,300 employees of the company are studied through a questionnaire survey,which is taken as the data source of the research topic.Then,SPSS22.0 software was used for reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,and regression analysis of the survey data.Finally,four dimensions(emotional loyalty,ideal loyalty,opportunity loyalty,and economic loyalty)and six main factors(corporate culture,leadership factors,promotion development,corporate development environment,reward system,and communication)are obtained to measure the level of employee loyalty.After the regression analysis of the overall level of loyalty and the six factors influencing loyalty,it is found that there is a significant correlation between the overall level of loyalty and corporate culture,corporate development environment,leadership factors,communication and reward system.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper proposes countermeasures for the improvement of employee loyalty in the company,to reduce the company's increased operating and management costs due to brain drain,improve enterprise performance,and maintain the core competitiveness of the company.
