At present,the world is in the new economic era where the environment changes rapidly and the competition is very fierce.Globalization and career delimitation has become the new normal.Frequent mobility of enterprise employees has become a common social phenomenon.Although a certain proportion of staff mobility can help enterprises bring in "fresh blood" from the outside world and promote the replacement of talents,the high staff turnover rate,especially the high turnover rate of the core staff as the core competence of the enterprise,brings great harm.In addition to increasing the cost of the employment,it may also lead to adverse effects such as the leakage of business secrets,the improvement of competitors’ ability,the demoralization of the team and the damage to the corporate image.Therefore,it is urgent for the enterprises to solve how to maintain the stability of the core workforce,reduce its turnover rate,and put forward targeted countermeasures.Taking the problem of core staff turnover of SY Company as the research object,this paper sorts out and analyzes the problem of core staff turnover in this enterprise,summarizes the characteristics of the core staff of the enterprise and the adverse impact on the enterprise.Under the guidance of staff turnover theory,the job satisfaction survey is carried out among the core staff of SY Company.Combined with individual interviews of the lost core staff and other survey measures,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the core staff turnover with the help of statistics analysis software SPSS 19.0.From the aspects of salary and welfare,performance management,individual career development,work environment,internal management,family reasons,etc.,the result indicates that the problem of core staff turnover in SY Company is serious.Finally,according to staff turnover reasons from the analysis of the survey and interview,combined with the actual development of SY company,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:first,establish a scientific and effective salary and welfare system;second,ensure the coordinated development of enterprises and core staff in various directions;third,strengthen the people-oriented management concept and build a harmonious corporate culture;fourth,set up a working mechanism to deal with the loss of core staff.Through the reform and improvement of system and mechanism to effectively reduce the loss of core personnel,the healthy and sound development of enterprises can be ensured.The research in this paper can not only help SY managers realize the importance of core employees to the development of the company,but also more comprehensively and objectively understand the problems existing in the management of core staff turnover in the company at present,thus effectively guiding the management work of core staff loss in SY Company.At the same time,the problem of core staff turnover is representative now,so the research ideas and management strategies proposed in this paper have certain reference significance for other private enterprises which have the same management problems.
