In the last twenty years,China’s economy developed rapidly,many small and medium-sized enterprises have also made achievements under this opportunity,gradually become the outstanding and mainstay of our economic development.On the other hand,with the continuous development of the market economy,the competition is increasingly intensified,as well as small and medium enterprises faced with lots of problems,among these problems employee turnover has become one of the important reasons to hinder the progress of small and medium-sized companies.The normal flow of employees can bring vitality,promote the rational allocation of human resources,but excessive loss when employees,will have an adverse effect on the development of companies,in particular,the loss of experienced and skilled employees has become an important factor in the survival and sustainable development of companies,how to deal with excessive loss of employees,identify the reasons for staff turnover,stable talent team,It has become one of the required courses for many small and medium-sized companies.For a long time,H Shipping Company is also faced with the problem of employee turnover,which has even affected the normal operation of the company.Therefore,based on the actual situation of human resource management of H Shipping Company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in employee management of H Shipping Company,reads and refer to the important theories and viewpoints of domestic and foreign experts,which serve as the theoretical basis for analyzing and studying the employee turnover of H Shipping Company.Some departed employees and departing employees of H Shipping Company are selected as the research objects,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper deeply analyzes the main reasons for employee turnover of H ship Company,and expounds the reasons for employee turnover respectively from the perspectives of individual employees and the company.It can be seen from the analysis that,in addition to the subjective reasons such as the individual pursuit of employees,H Shipping Company has major problems in human resource management,such as unscientific training system,imperfect salary and welfare system,non-standard promotion mechanism,unscientific recruitment management,and lack of corporate culture construction.According to the theories related to employee turnover,this paper suggests that H Shipping company should start from the aspects of training system,compensation and welfare system,promotion mechanism and recruitment management,as well as safeguard measures such as corporate culture construction,improving internal communication efficiency and improving working environment,so as to optimize their human resource management system,achieve the purpose of retaining excellent employees and ensuring the stability of employees.
