Feasibility Study On "A" Tourism Resort Construction Project

With the persistent development of the economy and society,tourism has developed from a luxury consumption mode of the minority to a popular and regular consumption mode with strong momentum.As a super-comprehensive industry,tourism has become an important driving force for economic development,and the era of "Tourism Plus"has arrived.However,increasing number of problems have revealed during the process of development,operation and maintenance for many tourism projects.Problems such as short life circle of the scenic spots,insufficient tourist capacity,and poor infrastructure have greatly affected the experience of tourists and even created many safety hazards,causing a lot of losses.In view of the above problems,based on the project feasibility study ideas,methods and related theory,combined with the characteristics of tourism construction projects,this paper applies project management,tourism management,marketing,financial management,investment analysis and other related expertise qualitatively and quantitatively in order to systematically evaluate the feasibility of tourism construction projects.Firstly,this paper starts with the concept of feasibility study of tourism construction project,demonstrates the background and significance of its development,discusses its research ideas and general methods,and summarizes the content and basic format of the feasibility study of tourism construction projects.In addition,taking the A tourism resort construction project as an example,applying the feasibility analysis,combined with the SWOT analysis method,the project overview,investment estimation and fund raising,financial evaluation,social evaluation,risk factors have been analyzed and evaluated in detail.Finally,after analyzing the actual situation and data qualitatively and quantitatively,in combination of related theory and practice,it comes to a conclusion that the A tourism resort construction project is feasible,and it's necessary put into development.The feasible conclusions and further suggestions on the management level in the construction and operation process.
