From the gradual rise of e-commerce industry more than ten years ago to the flourishing of many branches,the industry has the characteristics of all emerging areas in the early stage of its full development: opportunities,change,chaos,disorder,loopholes and so on.Today,the industry has basically completed the transition from the Blue Sea to the Red Sea,and some initial problems are basically perfect,but the fast-paced external changes always exist,which has become the obstacle to the survival and development of countless e-commerce enterprises.The majority of B2 C small and micro enterprises are more passive in the face of this problem,and the rapid transformation of sales and profits through management tools is undoubtedly more effective.One of the ways to deal with it..This paper focuses on the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of E-commerce team in small and medium-sized B2 C e-commerce enterprises.Firstly,the domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ Balanced Scorecard and performance management theory are summarized.Secondly,through the background of e-commerce enterprises,we study the status quo,current performance management strategy and overall development strategy of enterprise A,understand the existing problems and reasons of the current performance management system,and provide support for the follow-up introduction of the balanced scorecard.Then the construction of Balanced Scorecard in E-commerce Team of Enterprise A is studied.Combining the above information,we draw a strategic map based on the Balanced Scorecard to form a logical relationship of strategic landing,which is consistent with the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal operation and learning growth.Based on this,we sort out the business processes,department responsibilities and position responsibilities of the e-commerce team,construct index database and weight at all levels,and establish a performance index system,including follow-up implementation,evaluation and counter-reaction.Feedback applications,etc.Finally,it studies how to implement the performance management system.Through the construction and implementation of management team,the training of performance management knowledge tools,the promotion of related culture and the improvement of information system,and then matching the corresponding performance plan according to the Balanced Scorecard at different levels,to complete the performance improvement and strategic landing of the whole e-commerce team. |
