Along with the continuous promotion of the "one belt and one way" policy and the effect of the reform of the supply side of the industry slowly began to appear,all walks of life have ushered in a golden development period,especially for the construction machinery manufacturing industry which had fallen into a "cliff type landslide" in previous years.This is a rare opportunity.With the continuous development of global economic integration,the competition between companies is no longer a simple cost competition,but a competition for technology and talents.Only by possessing and retaining better talents,encouraging talents to create value for enterprises,can enterprises stand on the top of the industry.Nowadays,China has been called a big manufacturing country of construction machinery.Although China has the largest number of manufacturing companies in the world and has the largest variety of construction machinery manufacturing companies in the world,the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing industry is not strong,one of the most important reasons is that China manufactures.The level of enterprise management is far different from that of manufacturing enterprises in western countries.Performance management is the most important part of enterprise management.Establishing a reasonable,effective and scientific performance appraisal system plays an extremely important role in improving the competitiveness and vitality of enterprises and realizing the strategic objectives of enterprises.Firstly,this paper expounds the research status at home and abroad as well as the relevant theories of performance appraisal,focusing on the content and characteristics of the balanced scorecard.Then,taking Z Company as an example,it introduces Z Company from four aspects:company profile,main business,organizational structure and human resources Then it introduces the current performance appraisal system of Z Company,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems in the performance appraisal system.Then it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of Z Company to build a new performance appraisal system,and according to the SWOT analysis and strategic objectives of Z Company,it draws the strategic map of Z Company.Then,combined with the strategic map and Z Company's four latitudes of strategic objectives,Z Company's balanced scorecard four latitudes of the overall performance indicators,and through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of performance evaluation indicators.Finally,the paper elaborates the anticipated implementation safeguard measures of performance appraisal by using the Balanced Scorecard in Z Company to ensure that the balanced scorecard can be carried out smoothly in the performance appraisal of Z Company...
