Research On Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Informatization Based On DEA

Agriculture is the foundation of our country.Our government has always taken solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers as a key task.With the rapid development of informationization,agricultural informationization provides a new method and way to solve the "three rural" problems,which also makes agricultural informationization become a research hotspot in the current agricultural field,and the performance evaluation of agricultural informationization is one of the key issues.Taking the performance of agricultural informatization in Yiyang City as the research object,the following aspects are mainly done:Firstly,the related concepts,theories and methods of agricultural informationization are studied by literature analysis method,and the overall development of agricultural informationization in Yiyang City is analyzed from three aspects:agricultural production conditions,agricultural production development status and agricultural informationization construction status by statistical analysis method.Secondly,the performance evaluation model of agricultural informatization based on DEA is constructed.Firstly,through the analysis of input and output of agricultural informatization,the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization is constructed,which consists of 14 input indexes and 4 output indexes.Secondly,PCA is used to reduce the dimension of the index to meet the requirement of the quantitative ratio between the evaluation index and the decision-making unit of the evaluation model.Thirdly,the performance evaluation model of agricultural informatization is constructed based on the principle of DEA.Finally,take the agricultural informatization of Yiyang City as an example for empirical analysis.First,collect relevant data and standardize them according to the requirements of the index system;second,optimize the evaluation index by PCA,and finally extract the four principal components of the input index and two principal components of the output index,whose explanatory ability reaches 83.3%and 81.2%respectively;third,bring the optimized index data into the performance evaluation model by forward processing,through calculation,Yiyang City The relative efficiency of six cities reached the maximum value,which is DEA effective.Through further analysis,the super efficiency of Yiyang City is 3.99,second only to Changsha City,ranking second in the province.The results show that compared with other cities and states in Hunan Province,agricultural informatization in Yiyang City has a high performance level.Based on macro-analysis and performance analysis,combined with the current situation of agricultural informatization development in Yiyang City and its own reality,this paper puts forward some ideas and Countermeasures for further promoting the construction of agricultural informatization in Yiyang City.
