Countermeasures And Study On Agricultural Informatization Development In Lin’an

The rapid development of informatization has brought great benefits to all walks of life. Agricultural informatization, as a component of it, can not only increase the farmer’s income but also improve the development of agricultural modernization. Thus, the present paper takes the case of Lin’an city and clarifies the bases and the contents of the informatization of Lin’an city; meanwhile, it also summarizes the development and practices of the city’s agricultural informatization and analyzes the existing problems and hindrances through consulting the documents and references and field investigation; finally, it puts forwards suggestions from the perspective of guarantee measures, body construction, service system, talents training and etc. and hopes to shed some lights on the development of informatization in Lin’an.The paper also focuses and makes conclusions as following; since the informatization in Lin’an has a sound infrastructure and rapid development, it enhances the fanner’s income and agricultural production efficiency greatly and reduces the production costs so as to benefit the resource development and utilization and improve the economic adjustment. Besides, it is the only way to the development of the agricultural modernization.However, there are also hindrances that affecting the development of Lin’an’s informatization in terms of government investment, talents shortage, industrialization and service system. Therefore, the paper hints that to develop the informatization of Lin’an city, policy, funds and organization should be guaranteed, the government’s leading role should be fully employed, the institutions, enterprises should mobilized and the farmer’s awareness and competences should be educated and trained; in addition, the integration of broadcasting net, communication net and internet will reduce the costs of information and improve the agricultural information service system so as to speed up the development information industry and enhance the talents training.
