Relying on the brand of China Post for one hundred years,China Post Express enjoys a high reputation in the national express delivery industry,and has accumulated a certain development foundation.It is the national team of the express delivery market,but compared with the development requirements of the country for China Post Express company,the majority of users with mail expectations and express delivery industry development level,there are still a lot of deficiencies.The competition of the modern express delivery industry has become white-hot,in order to maintain the leading level in the development of the industry,the hardware means such as updating the production process and increasing the equipment input can no longer fully meet the needs of the development of the enterprise.In the final analysis,the competition of the market is the competition of talents,only to make full use of the advantages of talents in enterprises in order to realize the maximum potential of the workforce,a systematic and perfect incentive mechanism can be established.Postal express delivery company has its own good practice and experience in employee incentive,but there are still many problems and gaps.These problems mainly include the single means of motivation,the simple way of motivation,and so on.At the top design level,there has not been a reasonable and effective employee incentive mechanism,which has greatly affected the work enthusiasm of postal express delivery staff,and this has not yet formed a reasonable and effective staff incentive mechanism at the top design level.Weakens their enterprising consciousness and fighting spirit to the enterprise development progress,this kind of situation does not change,the postal express company market competitiveness will be difficult to enhance.On the basis of extensive investigation and research and consulting Chinese and foreign literature,the author analyzes the current situation of employee motivation in postal express delivery company,finds out the existing problems,and takes the modern employee incentive theory as guidance.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and scientific models to construct the employee incentive mechanism of postal express delivery company,so as to set up the incentive mechanism of the enterprise operation of postal express delivery company.
