| Under the background of economic globalization,the development of China’s financial industry has gradually realized the expansion of opening to the outside world.Local banks and some foreign banks with homogeneous services have gradually entered China’s financial market industry.With the successive rise of these banks,China’s financial industry has brought more fierce competition,but also for various banks.The industry poses even more serious challenges.For the PSBC,its development has a long history,but in the process of development,compared with other state-owned banks,it is still relatively slow,especially in the motivation of employees,which continues the old way.Although the PSBC has been constantly innovating and changing in recent years,and has adopted some incentive and competition mechanisms in the introduction and training of employees,there are still many shortcomings and shortcomings in the incentive mechanism.This paper will investigate and understand the incentive status of employees of a provincial branch of the PSBC in order to promote the better development of the PSBC.And move forward.In this paper,through literature research,qualitative analysis,questionnaire survey to define the relevant concepts,to learn the theory of employee motivation.Through the study of the current situation of employee motivation in a provincial branch of PSBC,it is found that there are some problems such as imperfect employee motivation mechanism,lack of foresight in incentive formulation,criticized incentive content,inadequate implementation of incentive system,and too many historical problems.It is mainly caused by the lack of spiritual incentive mechanism for employees,the influence of higher authorities,the failure of incentive content to motivate employees,the deviation in the implementation of the current incentive system and the lack of motivation to solve the remaining problems.In this regard,the paper proposes to adhere to the overall treatment of employee motivation,adhere to the differentiated treatment,adhere to the incentive principle of combination of rewards and punishments;and improve the incentive system of a provincial branch of PSBC by establishing a sound employee incentive mechanism,combining post incentive differences with objective constraints,introducing EVA index incentive,implementing employee stock ownership plan,establishing incentive leading group to solve the remaining problems.In the end,the paper points out that the implementation of the staff incentive of PSBC needs to eliminate the policy burden,enrich the content of spiritual incentive,improve the human resource management system,and pay attention to the construction of corporate culture. |
