In modern corporate management, motivation is to make staff more stimulated, passionate and efficient by meeting varied demands of them. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the trust and sense of belonging can be strengthened and talents can be attracted and retained by designing a dynamic motivation system which can cover multi-tiered needs from material distribution, emotional acceptance, and occupational honor to self-actualization etc. In such a system, the motivating and motivated interact with each other through stimulating factors to optimize the distribution of human resources and to integrate personal gains with corporate interests.Based on the E Express Delivery Call Center, this paper defines major constraints on motivation management, including vague goals, system deficiency and incomplete solutions. On the basis of reviewing motivation theory and leveraging the modern human resource management theory with a view to explore and establish a staff motivation management system suitable to the corporate development level by flexible application of remuneration, honor, career development and corporate culture.
