After the opening of Chinese express delivery market, the postal express logistics is facing complex internal and external development environment, with opportunities and challenges. From the external situation, all services of the Anshan post express delivery are being challenged from different levels. Four international express delivery giants have been making great efforts to cut into the domestic express delivery industry, and have increased investment network, staff recruitment,marketing and other aspects. Private express delivery companies are developing rapidly, for example, SF Express and Debang logistics company are growing at the speed of 40% and 60% annually and begin to get involved in the field of international express delivery. Some TV shopping and electronic business companies accelerate the formation of the city service network. Alibaba will establish its distribution centers in52 cities in the next two years. International well-known logistics companies continue to occupy the domestic logistics market by professional service capabilities and resource investment. SF and other private enterprises have began to do the overall layout and plan for the development of logistics business. From the internal situation,Anshan postal delivery logistics is still in the early period of its establishment and still has a gap from the requirements of modern enterprises. We need to improve the professional network optimization, straighten out the relationship between the products and construct the internal control system. In this situation, the top priority to solve the internal and external difficulties is how to motivate employees to work with full enthusiasm and positive attitude for Anshan post express logistics. So it isparticularly important whether the incentive mechanism is fully functional and whether it can meet the needs of enterprise development.This paper,which includes four parts,is based on the improvement of the incentive mechanism of Anshan post express delivery logistics.The first part describes the research background, significance and the research methods including literature research, questionnaire and interview. To clear the framework of the research study and demonstration. And review the relevant research results at home and abroad. The second part introduces the present situation of express and logistics industry and Anshan Postal Express & Logistics development, including the company's current performance appraisal, internal distribution, training, promotion and other incentive system. Find out six problems of the existing incentive mechanism by analyzing the employee questionnaire survey. First, rough incentive mechanism. Second, lacking of the spiritual motivation. Third, the imperfection of promotion mechanism. Fourth, the staff training is not in system. Fifth, tough working conditions. Sixth, employee lacking of opening communication channels.Sum up the causes of the problems through the existing problems, analysis. The third part puts forward the improvement scheme of the incentive mechanism according to the real situation of Anshan Postal Express & Logistics and the theory of incentive mechanism. Incentive mechanism improvement program is based on the two-factor theory and its aim is to improve the Incentive mechanism of Anshan Postal Express &Logistics in aspects of performance, paying, working environment, other health factors, training, and career development plan. And the new scheme is evaluated by the practical application effect. The fourth part puts forward the management concept adjustment, organization, and human resources security measures to ensure the new incentive mechanism work effectively.Anshan Postal Express & Logistics is in an important period of development.The new incentive mechanism will be able to change the existing problems andpromote healthy development of the company, and make it the leading company in Anshan express logistics market.
