Research On The Optimization Of The Bicycle-sharing Industry Chain In Mountainous Cities

In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing".With the promotion of green,sharing concept and the rapid development of mobile Internet information technology,sharing bicycle emerges as the times require.Shared bicycle gradually presents the development trend of the industrial chain and has developed rapidly in the short term.This paper explores the feasibility of developing shared bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities.On the basis of the characteristics of mountainous cities,this paper focuses on solving the unique problems of the shared bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities,adopting the unique production technology means in accordance with the characteristics of mountainous areas,finding out the unique function orientation of the shared bicycle in mountainous cities,and laying out the specific areas in mountainous cities,so as to realize the sustainability of the shared bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities.In the process of developing shared bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities,there are not only "common diseases",but also "special diseases" which are unique in mountainous cities.Guiyang City is a High original basin area dominated by mountains and hills.It is a typical representative of mountainous cities.Guiyang City has unique topographic and population distribution characteristics,and there is a certain elevation gap between the jurisdictions,but there are more local plain areas in the jurisdictions,mainly in basins and dam areas,and the population density in the basins and dam areas is high.Therefore,according to the characteristics of topography and population distribution,Guiyang City has the external environment conditions and market potential for the development of shared bicycles.Based on the characteristics of Guiyang's mountainous areas,this paper studies the feasibility of Guiyang's shared bicycle industry chain development.By analyzing the current situation of shared bicycle industry chain in Guiyang City,we find the main problems in the upper,middle and lower links of shared bicycle industry chain in Guiyang City: 1.The homogeneous production design of shared bicycle does not conform to the characteristics of mountain areas;the enterprises in upstream links of shared bicycle industry chain in Guiyang City are weak;the cost of shared bicycle in mountain cities is higher than that in plain cities;2.The unique function orientation of shared bicycle is not suitable for mountainous cities because of its large-scale layout,extensive operation and management,which restricts the sustainable development of bicycles.3.The lower efficiency of logistics and transportation in mountainous cities,the lack of resource recovery links at the end of bicycle industry chain in Guiyang,and the lack of cooperation between enterprises and other economic entities lead to less profit channels.The infrastructure services in Guiyang City are backward,the policies and systems are lagging behind,and the policy supervision and guidance for enterprises are insufficient.Finally,combining with the characteristics of mountainous cities,this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures,such as unique production design,functional orientation with mountainous characteristics,bicycle layout in specific areas and grid logistics transportation services,which are suitable for the development of bicycles in mountainous cities from upstream,middle and downstream links of the industrial chain.The purpose is to provide some references for the operation platform of the bicycle industry.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the bicycle industry chain of mountain cities.Generally speaking,according to the characteristics of mountainous cities,this paper analyses the unique problems in the upper,middle and lower links of the bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the bicycle industry chain in mountainous cities in combination with the characteristics of mountainous cities.
