| The sustainable development of a region is benefited by the reasonable industriallayout. At the same time, the rationality of industry layout is affected by the regionaleconomic development. Hence, the regional development and industry layout keep agood relationship to promote each other. There is a little article to quantitative study onthe relationship between economic development and industry layout of mining citiedfrom the perspective of economic, social and environmental. This paper has studied themining cities development in china and the industry layout from the followingaspects.(1)It sorts the mining cities and analyzed the situation of economic, social andenvironmental. The result shows that the recession of the mining cities accounted for aquarter; more than half of the mining citieseconomic development are lower than thenational average and some of their economic development gap are widening. There arestill serious environmental pollution, mismatching of industrial layout and the carrycapacity of regional resources and other problems in some mining cities.(2)It analyzes the gap of economic development between the mining cities andothers, the different from one mining city and the other. The result shows that the leverof economic development of mining cities is higher than the others in InnerMongolia, and the gap between these two case city is widening. At the same time, thegap between the mining cities is larger than the mining cities and others. This gap isthe main case of the Inner Mongolia regional unbalanced development in a certainextent.(3)This paper finds some problems in the development process of mining cities inchina and establishes the mining city industrial layout optimization evaluation index.Then, it evaluated the mining city industrial layout by the five common factorsextracted from the evaluation index by the method of factor analysis. Based on theevaluation, the study finds out the situation of industrial layout of mining cities inInner Mongolia compared each GDP. It shows that the industrial layout of these mining cities are not rational in different degree. |
