Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Sharing Bicycles In Guangzhou From Synergetic Perspective

With the rapid development of China's economy for decades,China has entered a new era of mobile Internet.From daily life to industrial production,the application of Internet technology has penetrated into everyone.At the same time,it also affects the domestic economic structure and mode,and gradually changes people's consumption concept and way of thinking.At present,the domestic economic development has entered a deep-water area,the world economic downturn led to a decline in demand,bringing serious overcapacity to the country,it also promotes the supply-side reform in China.As a new business model,the shared economy has developed rapid in the world,and it has also developed in China.This paper chooses a specific manifestation of the shared economy model to study—the shared bicycle.Access to resources and real-time information at any time on the platform is the most prominent feature of sharing bicycles.The precise allocation of data through the mobile Internet helps to give full play to the greatest advantages of bicycles,it provides another option for users to travel,so sharing bicycles is almost all over the streets of Guangzhou.As a new travel mode,it has also exposed various problems while developing rapidly.In this paper,the Guangzhou municipal government in the management of shared bicycles encountered problems,analysis of its causes,and then put forward countermeasures.It is hoped that it can provide reference for future management of shared bicycles in Guangzhou.This paper takes ofo as an example,through literature analysis ?case analysis?comparative analysis and PEST analysis.Several typical problems encountered in the management process of shared bicycles in Guangzhou are obtained: random parking leads to traffic congestion ?deposit refund difficulties?users use bicycles in violation of regulations and so on.Then the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of the shared bicycle platform.From the government ?sharing bicycle operators?users three perspectives analysis of the causes of the problems: laws and regulations are not perfect enough?lack of effective supervision mechanism?industry access threshold is too low?people's civilized and moral construction needs to be strengthened.Then form the government?sharing bicycle operators?users,three aspects of and regulations,share bicycle operators,strengthen the construction and service of their own platforms,and enhance users' legal awareness and civilized use of bicycles.
