Large Andmedium-Sized Cities In The Industrial Structure Evolution Characteris Tics And Its Optimization Path

Main urban areas in transition from 60’s attention from the start of the last century. Cities main city practice in China has created many successful models such as "Shanghai Yangpu district," factory relocation, "Chengdu eastern suburbs", "tenglonghuanniao", "Wuhan qiaokou gutian" "hanzheng Street", and so on. In recent years, the industrial transformation under the background of the main city, Hangzhou City, Gongshu district, taking economic construction as the Center, the "four major strategies", and has created the "four big brand" good momentum of economic development in the autonomous region. But the ensuing problems are more obvious, in 2013, the region’s GDP first appeared "negative growth ".Based on the theories of regional economics, industrial structure evolution and upgrading of the industrial structure theory, while using a variety of methods since 2005 Hangzhou Gongshu district industrial structure evolution and its optimization systematically analyzed.Based on theoretical analysis, this paper argues that the evolution of industrial structure of two of the main city of cities should follow the General theoretical framework and built cities city theory of the evolution of industrial structure and upgrading model, and based on this model, to study the characteristics of industrial structure evolution in Hangzhou Gongshu district. This paper argues that current industrial structure evolution in Gongshu district’s general features are:overall stable economic development, "6+2" leading industries in industrial development, industrial transformation, the e-commerce industry in its infancy, scale of the industrial park previews. Shang Cheng,Xia Cheng, West Lake District etc found in the comparison of the main city, Gongshu district industry does have both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, this paper argues that Gongshu district, from the failure of industrial structure evolution and success stories, lessons, learn from each other, specific optimization and strategic objectives. From specific of select path view, first should adjustment industry structure, to "three big economic" led economic transformation, building modern industry system; second, speed up City update, upgrade district within planning and management level; third, speed up "Five park two zones" platform construction, build features small town; fourth, strengthened ecological construction, achieved social economic development and ecological environment construction of interactive and win-win. Meanwhile, improved development in the system, people’s livelihood and the rule of law, so as to achieve further optimization of industrial structure.
