Research On The Tourism Development Model Of Rizhao Dongyi Town From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

Characteristic block is the product of the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous upgrading of people's consumption structure.As a common living place for local residents' leisure and entertainment and the consumption experience of foreign tourists,it plays an increasingly important role in promoting the agglomeration of regional factors,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industries,upgrading the connotation and taste of cities,and expanding the popularity and influence of cities.It is a new highlight for the construction and development of intensive and creative cities.In recent years,the construction of characteristic blocks has not only been strongly supported by local governments,but also become a hot topic for academic research and discussion.Current studies mostly focus on the concept definition and classification of characteristic blocks,spatial design and landscape transformation,functional evolution and development trend,and countermeasures and suggestions for tourism development.There is a lack of relevant research on development mode and operation management mechanism.If the planning and design in the early stage of development is the premise for the characteristic blocks to stand out,then the selection of development mode and the construction of operation management mechanism are the key factors that affect the success of the operation of the characteristic blocks.The development and construction of characteristic blocks is a systematic project,involving the game of local governments,developers,operators,tourists,local residents and other stakeholders.If we do not understand clearly the interests of various stakeholders' goals and demands,blindly develop and manage according to the will of the government or developers,it will easily lead to social contradictions and conflicts.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this paper takes Dongyi Town,Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the research object.Through literature review,field research and case study,this paper deeply analyses the development mode and operation management mechanism of cultural and leisure characteristic blocks.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the reasons for choosing the topic and the current research situation at home and abroad are elaborated to find out the shortcomings of the current academic research on characteristic blocks;secondly,the research methods,research ideas,innovations and shortcomings of this paper are stated,and the concept of cultural and leisure characteristic blocks to be studied in this paper and the supporting theories are defined.Thirdly,it summarizes the current common development mode of characteristic blocks,points out the corresponding stakeholders and their interest demands of different development modes.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the development mode and management mechanism of characteristic blocks in Rizhao Dongyi Town,and puts forward the idea of improving the operation and management of Dongyi Town under the framework of multi-stakeholders.This paper innovatively combines the stakeholder theory with the development and management mode of characteristic blocks,and comprehensively uses a variety of research methods to analyze the development mode and operation and management mechanism of such cultural and leisure characteristic blocks as Rizhao Dongyi Town.It is believed that the key to the operation of characteristic blocks lies in coordinating the interests of different stakeholders and choosing the operation mode and management suitable for itself.This paper puts forward the optimization path of the development mode of Dongyi town under the framework of multi-stakeholders,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Dongyi town,which can play an important role in other similar research in the future.
