Research On Characteristic Small Town Construction Of Ouhai County,Zhejiang Province

The characteristic town is a brand-new carrier of the economic transformation and upgrading and the new urbanization.It is a useful exploration of the structural reform of the supply side under the new normal condition,many cases have emerged.Under the background that the theoretical system is not yet mature,there are still many problems to be explored in its construction practice.With the guidance of the theory of industry,city and people,this study takes two provincial characteristic towns in Ouhai as an empirical case,for the goal of optimize the overall characteristics of Ouhai's small towns.and analyzes the problems in the process of its creation,such as the lack of distinctive features,the strong competitiveness of the industry,the failure of the market main body,and the difficulty of ensuring the elements of the project construction.The problem of unpopularity of talented people and the unintegration mechanism of urban producers.The causes of the problems are analyzed,including the lack of prominent location advantages,the high requirements for the establishment of characteristic towns,and the low level of resource agglomeration.In this study,through the field visits,case comparison and other ways,at the same time,we draw lessons from the construction cases of the outstanding characteristic small towns in China and the construction experience of various types of small towns in foreign countries,and put forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Ouhai characteristic town construction,including refining the positioning and planning,strengthening the role of the main body of the city and rationalizing the construction system mechanism.And strengthen the framework and Countermeasures of talents and cultural support.
